Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 30 days and asks for no payment. At the end, you choose whether to continue.
Do my employees have to install an app?
No. They scan their QR code with the phone camera and open their record with their PIN.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account becomes read-only for 7 days, then it is suspended. Your data is kept for 60 days while you decide.
Is US training supported?
Yes. Canadian and US training types are suggested (OSHA, NCCCO, etc.), and you can create your own.
What if an employee forgets their PIN?
The manager generates a new one in a click. The old one stops working.
Who can see my employees’ records?
Only your company’s administrators and the employee, with their PIN. Records are not indexed by search engines.
Does Habilo guarantee my legal compliance?
No. Habilo helps you track your deadlines, but you remain responsible for the requirements that apply to your company and your employees.
